One such initiative is the City Cool Academy, established to provide top-quality training for young Saudi talents, supporting both new skill development and upskilling.

City Cool Academy

We believe in the power of education to transform lives and create opportunities. Our City Cool Academy is dedicated to doing just that. We value student engagement, providing university students with practical, hands-on learning experiences through site visits to our plants. These visits offer insights into the operational aspects of District Cooling and the importance of sustainable practices. We also directly support skill development and upskilling, offering workshops and seminars on topics related to engineering, sustainability, and innovative cooling technologies, and thus helping students build skills relevant to their future careers. Finally, as an add on to our previously-mentioned initiatives, we’ve also initiated internships to support deserving students with relevant practical knowledge and encourage them to pursue careers in the District Cooling industry.
